Oy! It does not get easier.

I just spent a half hour on the phone with my health insurance provider. I had asked last week for a case manager, a sounding board, or Peer Support specialist. Because I do not know what this company might offer or how they work.

Turns out they have a Friendship Line and I was finally given a name and a number. We shall see. Maybe it will help.
