Professional silos — I could blame our USA education system for separating systems relationships into majors and classes. People graduate thinking they know a lot about a subject, when they know little how it relates in a systems context to the greater world.

As they work to pay off their student loans, there is little incentive to get further training that would broaden perspectives.
