True, although lifting this off the either/or, black or white dichotomy scale, those two opposites encompass a huge amount of variants, cultural as well as DNA.

For both the privileged and lack of privileged, cultural change is most likely at the intersection between in-groups and out-groups. Therefore mixed race individuals might do well to seek kindered spirits at the outside of the in-group, and the inside of the out-group. That is the sweet spot for leading powerful cultural change.
