Yes, yes, yesiree!

My therapy experience, similar, and quite different. But, I wonder, is there even a couch long enough to hold all of us who have juicy stuff in our pasts, stressors in our present, and a few unhealthy coping behaviors? The reason we repeat them is because we are pattern seeking specialists who have not been shown. Sort of like the secret path to the backstage area where everybody can relax and do what they do really well.

I swear, sometimes the therapist game is not the main show. Lucky that we have the Harm Reduction and Peer Support movements offering one of those New Games where everybody gets to come as they are, and laugh without being labeled something in the DSM.
